We are not responsible for packages lost by UPS/USPS.
If you suspect your package was lost or stolen in transit you MUST contact your local post office or UPS for them to try to locate the parcel or start an investigation. We can not take any action until the carrier has completed an investigation and provides us with the approval to file a claim.
Due to an increase in attempted fraudulent claims it is our policy to do our due diligence with any claims of lost or stolen orders. This includes reporting all fraudulent claims to local law enforcement and cooperating fully with their investigations.
