VLTD does not offer a mint condition box guarantee.
If you order an item from us and the retail packaging is crushed, ripped, or the contents physically damaged in any way, we will not send it to you before attempting to order replacement packaging (or product) from the manufacturer. Please note: This may actually delay your pre-order shipping on time.
If we cannot replace the packaging or defective product, you will be offered a refund.
If your item arrives and has been damaged in transit, please submit a ticket or send an email to orders@vltd.co. In order to expedite your request, when contacting us please provide your order number in the message subject as well as photos of any damage to both the product(s) and the outer shipping carton. We cannot take any action with the parcel carriers until we receive this information from you.
