If your item arrives and has been damaged in transit, please submit a ticket or send an email to orders@vltd.co. In order to expedite your request, when contacting us please provide your order number in the message subject as well as photos of any damage to both the product(s) and the outer shipping carton. We cannot take any action with the parcel carriers until we receive this information from you.
Once your claim has been approved, you will be offered a replacement product. If a replacement is not available you will be offered a refund.
Please note: For damaged mystery box contents, we will replace the item that you received. You will not receive an entirely different mystery box.
